Item Description This 128mb RAM upgrade consists of two 64mb EDO 144-Pin SODIMM modules. This is not a single 128mb module! These modules are used, tested and guaranteed working. The modules which you receive will be from a tier one manufacturer such as IBM, Kingston, Toshiba, NEC, Samsung, Viking or Micron and will be chosen at our sole discretion. The modules are equivalent in function to Compaq part # 220685-001 since they are EDO 144-Pin SODIMM. The picture shown below is for demonstration purposes only. Please note that you must have two empty memory expansion slots in order to install this upgrade in Compaq Armada 7300 and 7700 series notebooks.
